Ciao, my name is Irene and I’d like to welcome you to my little oasis of peace, which we call “La Fattoria dei Piani“ , immersed in the verdant countryside of Alghero, on the Italian island of Sardinia.
A little while ago, I began sharing my passion for home cooking by giving lessons on homemade pasta.
It’s been an incredible adventure, which has allowed me to meet people
from all over the world.

On our Cooking Classes, me and my mum, Irene, will teach you how to make fresh pasta with your own fair hands.
While we’re all busy kneading our dough, you can savour an aperitif and learn some interesting facts about the typical dishes of Sardinian cuisine.
And at the end of the class, you can enjoy what you’ve made with the whole group, as you chat to your new friends and enjoy some of the excellent local wines, including Cannonau or Vermentino.
